On Friday, November 22nd, each of our 2nd Grade classes will be performing in a musical performance entitled “A Few of Our Favorite Things”. Our show is a music revue that puts emphasis on the favorite types of performances that the students in our school likes to see.
Students will be performing that morning for the other students in our school. Then they will perform again that afternoon at 1:00p.m. for the community. Each class will be presenting a special song in a creative way. This event is sure to be entertaining. The students would love to have you come to our afternoon program. Special Notes:
For most classes, regular school clothes will be fine. Most songs have a lot of action and tennis shoes work best. See below for any special notes pertaining to specific classrooms.
Mrs. Taylor Morrison’s Class—. This class is going to be performing a song in the dark using black lights. They need to wear black or dark clothing.
Mrs. Courtney Collins’ Class— This class is going to be performing a song in the dark using black lights. They need to wear black or dark clothing.
Mrs. Cheryl Wall’s Class- This class is going to be performing a song in the dark using black lights. They need to wear black or dark clothing.
Mrs. Rachelle Rodgers’ Class- This group will be using blacklights but will have their clothing glowing. We do want this group to glow. They can wear the light, white, or bright colored bottoms. If they have a shirt that glows they can wear that as well. I do have extra shirts that will glow for them.
